Thank you for purchasing our tool products in the UK (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and us regarding the purchase, use of Products, and related services. These Terms apply to all users who visit and purchase from our platform. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Once you complete the payment for an order, it is considered that you have fully understood and accepted the content of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Our products include hand tools, home tools, repair tools, and cleaning tools, such as multi-functional utility knives, portable hot glue guns, multi-functional wrenches, and gap cleaning brushes.
1. Order and Formation of Contract
- After you submit an order and complete the payment on our platform, the order is considered to be effectively submitted, and a purchase contract is formed between us. We have the right to review the order information. If there are errors in the order or issues such as stock problems, we will contact you via our official email (service@mail.mexryaq.com) to verify and resolve the issues. If necessary, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.
- You guarantee that the information provided during the order process, such as the delivery address, phone number, and email address, is true, accurate, and complete. If there are issues with delivery, delays, or wrong shipments due to incorrect information, you are responsible for the consequences, and we do not bear additional compensation.
- The price of the Product is based on the amount displayed on the platform when you place the order, and the price includes the relevant taxes in the UK. If there is a price adjustment after the successful payment of the order, it will not affect the performance of the already formed order.
2. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
- Delivery Scope: We provide delivery services within the UK only and do not support cross-border delivery to areas outside of the UK.
- Delivery Time: After payment confirmation, we will complete inventory preparation and arrange for shipping within 3-5 business days. After shipment, the product will generally be delivered within 7-10 business days. Actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as delivery areas, logistics peak periods, and force majeure events. If there are delays, we will try to assist in tracking the logistics progress but do not bear responsibility for late delivery.
- Transfer of Risk: Once the Product is delivered to your designated address and signed for by you or a third party authorized by you, the ownership and risk of damage or loss of the Product will transfer to you. Please verify the quantity and condition of the product at the time of signing. If there is any damage, shortage, or other issues, please take pictures as evidence and contact customer service promptly for resolution.
3. Product Quality and Liability
- We guarantee that the Products sold comply with the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015 and ensure that the products match the description, are of satisfactory quality, and are suitable for their intended use. All products undergo strict inspection before shipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- If the Product has quality issues (excluding damages caused by human factors), you can apply for processing according to our return and exchange policy. The specific process and freight responsibilities are subject to the return and exchange policy. If the product is damaged due to improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or poor maintenance, we do not bear the responsibility for repairs, replacements, or refunds.

5. Intellectual Property and Compliance Use
- All designs, appearances, product names, promotional copy, images, logos, and other intellectual property related to our Products are exclusively owned by us and are protected by UK and international laws and regulations.
- You may only use the purchased Products for personal use. Without our written authorization, you may not copy, imitate, alter, or use our products or related intellectual property content for commercial promotion, resale, or other infringing activities. Otherwise, we will pursue legal responsibility.
6. Amendment and Termination of Terms

7. Disclaimer and Dispute Resolution

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in the UK or apply for mediation from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

- Any matters not covered by these Terms can be referred to our privacy policy, return and exchange policy, copyright policy, and other related documents. These documents have the same legal effect as these Terms.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid due to violation of laws or regulations, it will not affect the validity of other provisions.
